I agree. And it will never even be built. The only upside may be that they will need to hire some scientists to work to build it. Everything else about it is terrible.
So... why not tornado shelters? Tornados have attacked the US. They have killed Americans. We need to be protected from tornados.
We could detect every single one and get people into shelters much more effectively and it would really save lives from random death from the sky. Real lives, not imaginary stuff.
