    @dysfun @q it does implement it correctly. That is worded as a negative. Android isn't disabling its DHCPv6-PD, it's _not enabling_ it.

    That sentence was written for CPEs, to avoid people going oh this applies to ISP uplinks, let's break everything there.

    (PS: check the author names on that RFC)
