Today's highlight:

Spending my morning as my GP confirmed that I, indeed, did something to my meniscus (she always acts surprised when the thing I tell her about my own body turns out to be true), being told that it might be an arthritis flare, and having xrays taken of my Campbell Soup Kid knees.

Her: [moving my leg around] how does that feel?
Me: Some discomfort!!
Her: It IS CRUNCHY! Yes that location points to the meniscus...huh.

Getting older is SO AMAZING GOTDAMMIT.
