I want to help someone install Tiny Windows 11 on a computer with failed Windows.

Ok! So I check out the tiny11builder web page. Wait - in order to make the installer, you need to be running Windows?

So I have to install Windows, then download and run PowerShell in order to download and run tiny11builder, in order to make an installer, which I can then use to install Windows?
