Needed to reactivate Office on a computer, and since it's been activated a few times already, had to do it by phone. Instead of letting me type in the numbers, Microsoft now wants you to talk to the robot. 🤮

The Slovenian one also uses a female voice, but keeps referring to itself as a male, and if it can't understand you a few times, it gives up, tells you to call again later and ends the call with an extremely cheerful "Good bye!"
