Anyone have recommendations for an inclusive, well-moderated, creative-focused Pixelfed server? I'm an author of sci-fi & fantasy novels, looking for fedi-based services on which to build out my online presence.

Specifically, when I send out my newsletters, I'd like to occasionally be able to link to images & videos while retaining control, without managing my own infrastructure. I'm already a member of makertube.net, looking for a pixelfed equivalent.
