I am covering the missing stations from some of the networks in BlindRadio. Lately I have worked on the GUI's performance too. It performs much better now, and there's a few new directories I have added like live365 and more local station support in tunein etc, so you should be able to find your local station's working link. I intend to primarily cover english radio markets around the world, but if you want something non english in the catalogue, just open a pull request for it. I think that's enough directories at least... I doubt you'd be able to come up with something common not already in BlindRadio, but you can try. https://github.com/serrebidev/blindradio/releases/latest

I used to use FastMail too. It's got a lot of unique import features, if you are willing to wait a few minutes for email from other accounts.

Ah, blind people.

I'm really loving it lately, but seriously? That's what you thought clearing config means? How stupid. Resets the gestures for turning it on too like I don't think I want what Google is smoking. Should have thought this one through in my opinion. It is not expected that the screen reader gets disabled just because I want to clear config. That only means I want to start over.

Removed backtalk config to start over, and backtalk disabled itself, and I had to have sighted help to enable it again. Gemini stopped doing the turn on talkback action until I enabled it again. So not changing my stance that Android is for the power users anytime soon.

Muse should let you decide where your browser comes from. One minute it's Toronto, then it's Montreal, and then it's indonesia.

So many people I should thank for the backend of this. A lot of https://github.com/trypsynth in there for example. I love the performance of this thing so much.

It's so beta I'm working on groups support. Soon to come is search, but again , WIP

I think I can say it's useful now. It' is still very beta. I'm using my own Facebook frontend, if you're wondering why all of a sudden I'm using the thing. Facebook sat there doing nothing so long, that now I can fix the screen reader accessibility problems for myself, in my own way. It's kind of janky, but I don't care it solves a lot of my issues with FB. Still need to add things. https://github.com/serrebidev/blindfb/releases/latest

To me, this fits in between what should be in a screen reader, and what should not. It's in the eye of the beholder. It's a good idea for an addon IMPO. https://github.com/denis-skripnik/nvda-book-audio

When I clicked on that exe when I was multitasking, I shouldn't have and was hacked, I was using canary browser. At the end of the day accessible cookies, inaccessible cookies to me, it didn't matter they knew what to do to get those cookies out. So people should be able to use them no matter IMPO, since that is only blocking yourself, and not blocking people who are against you.

I mean if you were going to let some people do it, you would think they would pick the beta/canary users, not the release users, but what do I know? Accept they might as well let every version do it if this is the way they think it is to work.

Really interested in your hot takes about this issue. So making blind FB sign in the way that I do I discovered something stupid. Chromium based browsers, if you want to extract cookies or do anything technical outside the browser you are forced onto release versions of browsers. Why are people ok with this? Firefox, and Librewolf are not like this, and I think it puts society at risk.

I'm adding radio networks to BlindRadio. Any in particular I should add that do a bunch of substations for you to browse? I think I'm done adding radio directories now, I just need a decent variety of networks people can browse.

Making my own radio app, with it's claim to fame being a browse mode that feels like switching FM stations or analogue cable. It's called BlindRadio. I'm stilll working on it. Is it worth using than the compatition I dunno. https://github.com/serrebidev/blindradio

I submitted a pull request to this thing. It works well for me now. I hope they take the pull request. https://github.com/pwnapplehat/ipaside

Well I resolved it by switching to https://ipaside.com/ , so that's what I use now. It's not very accessible, but I can test my apps. Now BlindRSS works in all screen sizes, not just some of them, and it uses the whole screen realistate now.

Lots of changes on blindRSS for Android and iOS. I'm porting as many of the features I can research and vibe, even if I still can't use the iOS version anymore. I'm gonna do something about this soon, I sware! Remember for iOS, you will have to sideload it, and for Android, you will also have to sideload it or add https://fdroid.serrebiradio.com/ to F Droid. https://projects.serrebiradio.com/apps/BlindRSS-Android/ https://projects.serrebiradio.com/apps/BlindRSS-iOS/

Can’t use Alt store anymore for some reason, iOS development is total janky shit I tried SideStore, but it didn’t work for me. What is the most user-friendly, like Alt store? It’s stupid that I am considering just paying for the App Store developer

I don't need to tell people no one cares if it's made with Claude, the truth and the future will tell that for me.
