I’ve always struggled whenever there are multiple conversations going on. Not necessarily in terms of volume but simply following a thread of a topic - I tend to listen in and try to keep up as best I can. But tonight, I was more aware of the fact that people rarely spoke to me. In fact, I often felt sandwiched between opposite ends of the table, caught between two groups but not really contributing to either of them. (2/5)
