https://actualbudget.org/ looks cool, but again uses two proprietary connectors for fetching bank data: https://actualbudget.org/docs/advanced/bank-sync #actualbudget

@Xavier mostly German banks, in general, it is unclear whether e.g. #ING (https://woob.tech/modules#mod_ing) also works for non-French ING accounts (etc.).
