It's uncanny the percentage of phone calls I receive that occur when I'm pooping.

Each time I have to call them back there are more hoops to jump through—options have changed, dial 24 for accounts payable, 25 for shipping, your call is important to us so keep on holding, etc—I get closer to just answering the damned call and letting them deal with the pooping.
