    Y'all honestly have no idea what I'm about to be capable of if my medication really is working (seems like it is) and all this pain could go away (seems like it can)

    the whole, THE WHOLLLLLLE time I've done public-facing work in tech it's been with all this but things are getting betterrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    @grimalkina This is brilliant news 🙂

    I moved up a level with my pain management last week, and side effects include:

    * Being able to sleep (hooray!)
    *...at literally any point in the day (boooo)
    * Having lost some of the permanent, low level pain (hooray!)
    * Having headspace due to the above that lets me realise just how dreadful that pain has been (boooo)
    * Being able to cope with intense pain far better (yay etc)
    * Still experiencing immense, exhausting pain (boo etc)
    * Exhaustion (boooo)

    @greem wishing you all the best. I know that exhaustion!! No one knows how brave and kickass we are if they haven't been through it imho. I hope the sleep helps so much. I've had that painsomnia 😭
