What happens if Anzac Day falls on an Easter public holiday? Is it subsumed into it or is a consolation holiday added at the end? I have to find this out for four jurisdictions now.
To calculate the date of the second Monday in a month:
=DATE(Y,M,13)-WEEKDAY(DATE(Y,M,13))+2
Where the 13 and 2 come from is left as an exercise for the reader.
I have performed a three-table outer join in Excel. I am as a god, ask me anything.
*Accidentally looks at the calculations for the Aotearoa New Zealand holiday of Matariki, is immediately humbled*
@futzle ... ok, you have to post a link to that now
