'Intuitive' is a word that people tend to avoid when evaluating user interfaces, because it's 100% subjective. The NeXT UI was consistent and discoverable, which are properties that you can objectively measure. The detachable menus and the fact that right clicking brought up the menu right where the mouse cursor was meant it also did well on Fitts' Law metrics.

I once quoted "the only intuitive interface is the nipple, everything else has been learned" to my mother.

She was a lactation consultant, and you had better believe that I was immediately informed of how wrong that saying is.

It turns out that human mothers have zero instinct for lactation, and have to be taught in order to avoid significant pain. Human infants only instinct is to suck when something tickles their lower lip -- but they can't bring their heads to it at all, not for days or weeks.

So, no, there are no intuitive interfaces of any kind. Only the learned kind exist.
