Regular reminder that the reason why fedi/Mastodon didn't fully take advantage of the fascist takeover of Twitter and subsequent flight attempts was because black folks were shouted off the platform for not CWing literally every bad thing that happened to them.

And now we're stuck with a centralized BluSky that censors people that say bad things about Turkey, an overtly fascist Twitter, and a low userbase masto/fedi.
