    Transphobes: You're basically calling for the downfall of Western Civilization then!

    Trans people: Yes! Well... But not because of that, that's a whole separate issue. Right now we're just talking about healthcare and names.

    @electricsheep Also parents of intersex kids. It's very telling when all the trans surgery bans have explicit carve outs for "correcting" intersex children.

    @JessTheUnstill @electricsheep I'm pretty sure there are also carve outs for gender affirming surgery for cis boys with gynecomastia -- though frankly I haven't looked for it. Actual surgery performed on young boys, for a condition that sometimes 'resolves' itself, and is only traumatic because society acts like it should not exist.
