I think I'm going to make my asparagus pizza with a basil pesto sauce, lemon zest, and fried tofu. With a sprinkle of olive oil.
No cheese because vegan and not really a fan of vegan 'cheese'.

The pizza in question! It was pretty good. The 15yo had their regular tomato paste, onion, mushroom, black olives, and oven chips pizza.

* The only time I've eaten pizza in the last 30-odd years was at a WordPress meetup about 15 years ago.

@sashin Not so well this time! Normally I cut the vegetables a bit smaller and include mushroom and that helps, but we had a bit of roll off tonight. 😋
