Sep 25, 2026, 2:32 AMThe last version of Hobby Hero had an LLM write every hockey game - box score, three stars and a story, 20 times a matchup. It read like the real thing and cost like it too, so I shut it down.
The rebuild is plain math: a goal model per team, fed recent form and the starting goalie. No LLM touches the result. I wanted to get a quick PoC out before opening night!
