It's a nice facility with a good reputation.

This sort of thing is so far outside of my wheelhouse.
My sister and brother made excuses and are no-shows, so Dad and I are going to take her over.

Update. Mum is moved in.
She wasn't happy, but the staff were absolutely lovely in greeting her.We stayed a few hours, and she was doing okay by the time we left.
The house feels eerily quiet now.
