    I am actually missing a bridge protest right now where I guarantee you they're flying a huge banner about Trump and Epstein.

    Well, I just found out I get my car back tomorrow-- God bless this mechanic!-- so I will be back in the saddle for another event tomorrow evening.

    I'm trying to imagine telling myself as a kid in the 90s, or even fifteen years ago: "You'll be dancing around on bridges dressed as a taco because the president is a rapist, and you and your costumed friends will be reporting more news than CBS to an audience of rush hour drivers. Some people will attack you for not wanting a pedophile president, and you'll need pepper spray and sometimes body cams. But at least you meet some really cool people too."

    @MaryAustinBooks No, they weren't; the restaurant is just a perfect sea lion derailleur.

    "Yes I understand you were speaking metaphorically* and I still demand you satisfy my feelings of feigned umbrage over a slight which never happened to an organization I have no connection to!" is an ideal response when you have no actual argument for the factual allegations which are the real topic of the conversation.

    * unlike every other metaphor, I am pretending to comprehend this one
