Given the frequent security breaches, it would be wise to lower your digital foot print where possible.

Close those dormant / little used accounts with sensitive info, reduce your use of "sign in with google", disable authenticated services/integrations that you dont use anymore, etc.

The breaches will get worse before they get better.
