Last day for the flowers on the porch. Freeze tonight. I’ll pick a few for inside since the bees wouldn’t have them tomorrow anyway.

It was a good last year of gardening. I’m sure I’ll miss it but I’m hoping to use that time and energy for new pursuits.

There will be some hungry birds and pollinators here for the next year though. Nothing I can do about that.
