I already know I'll regret these split squats tomorrow though

I'll be super sore tomorrow in every part of my body probably but right now I feel amazing. This was a really fun and engaging workout.
Also a little kid used my parked cargo bike as a climbing obstacle which was adorable.

I did all the calisthenics basics today:
Pull-ups and dips (both band-assisted for now)
Push-ups
Split squats (weighted)
Hanging knee-raises
Inverted row (maybe my new favorite row variant!)I'll definitely continue this. It feels so good!

@aesthr That looks really nice! Apparently, we have some outdoor gym places around here. But they're far enough from my apartment that they're not super practical.

@faithisleaping this one is like 10 bike minutes away. A huge improvement over the 45min for my previous regular gum

@aesthr I'm currently using the gym at my apartment complex, which is pretty hard to beat. It's not the best equipped gym ever but they have a decent set of dumbells, a smith machine, a couple cable machines, and a couple benches.
