Is anyone in or near Berlin looking for a rigged Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K with cage, D-TAP battery, and SSD?
Any video creators out there looking for an upgrade maybe?
I'm looking to sell mine as I don't do much studio video stuff these days.
(boosts welcome)

Another kid who was playing there asked me whether I'm a he or a she. I said she and the kid continued playing. It's that easy.
This approximately four-year-old has a more mature and healthier concept of gender than many adults.
I did all the calisthenics basics today:
Pull-ups and dips (both band-assisted for now)
Push-ups
Split squats (weighted)
Hanging knee-raises
Inverted row (maybe my new favorite row variant!)
I'll definitely continue this. It feels so good!
I'll be super sore tomorrow in every part of my body probably but right now I feel amazing. This was a really fun and engaging workout.
Also a little kid used my parked cargo bike as a climbing obstacle which was adorable.
I already know I'll regret these split squats tomorrow though
First workout at the park/street gym and you know what, I can get used to this
Utterly bizarre to see the very problem I was describing unfold in front of my eyes.
Imagine doing an exit interview and your employee tells you that they see massive issues in your organization and that the org is probably unable to see its own problems.
And then instead of asking for details just sitting there like "uh huh" and moving on immediately.

Ah. Like the Mafia would do. Ok.
We'll have to do "AI" rehab for folks once this hype is over. I'm not even kidding.
The misconception here is that abstraction follows the same path as learning but that's just not true.
Yes, most programmers today don't need to know how to build logic gates from transistors and that's generally a good thing.
But we don't teach computer science by starting with transistors and circuitry. We start with something like a basic Python course which is already highly abstract.
Today in "programmers don't understand anything about the world":
Children should just be able to write complex programs without even learning to read first Bec the work of reading is already done in the past
The only way someone can seriously make such a nonsense claim is, if they don't have any idea what they're talking about, probably because they never had to learn a difficult skill in their lives, or if they're deliberately trying to create an uneducated underclass for the near future that is easy to control because it has no means of figuring out anything that isn't served to them by a (corporate or state controlled) chatbot.
"AI will solve the simple problems so humans can focus on the hard ones" is such a ridiculous fail at understanding anything about how humans acquire skills and knowledge.
Humans HAVE TO solve simple problems and then advanced problems in order to learn how to solve the really hard ones. This is not optional.
Good luck solving any difficult problems in the future with a generation of people who spent their entire education typing every problem into a chatbot's prompt box.
I still have no genuine use case for generative "AI". Not one.
Yes, I know what other people are using it for.
But none of those are things I would want to use it for, given its errors, (real) cost, side effects, ethics, and politics.
And this isn't an "oh, if they fix this one issue, I'd be onboard" kind of thing. They would have to fix ALL of them and they are all inherent to the product. None of them are even fixable.
As far as I know it hasn't happened to me so far but I feel paranoid every time I'm sitting at a bar, having chat, and maybe not paying 100% attention to my bottle of soda or whatever.
And then I read another story from someone who wasn't as lucky and I'm reminded that it's not paranoia when there are actually men out there who want to poison and then rape you.
Imagine a world where women didn't have to watch and hold on to their drinks as if they're live hand grenades that someone might just pull the pin out of.
This isn't just similar to 2008.
This is as if people watched the dramatized version of 2008 in The Big Short and decided to just do exactly that in real life.
