@gwynnion Reminds me of my dad, and my habitual lying ex-boyfriend.
Men like that usually "cant" believe they do anything wrong, believe they can fix everything!. Their mind makes them believe everyting they say is true, and if anyting goes wrong, it's someone else's fault. "The cat did it" he'd stomp his foot saying so!
As if a subconscious self-protection mechanism makes them believe their own lies! Trauma response maybe.
