We have capitalization rules in English for a reason. Bad things can happen when rules are ignored. RULES MUST ALWAYS BE OBEYED! ALWAYS! <grabs wire hanger and begins beating the writer and editor with it> I WILL MAKE YOU FOLLOW THE RULES!!
