What I’d like to know is: all this wealth that we were promised with all these resource projects like TMX and LNG, when are we supposed to see the promised benefits?

TMX has been operating for almost two years now, phase 1 of LNG Canada’s operations started shipping in December. When exactly are we (the public) going to realise our returns as investors?
