Decades ago, when I was a teenager, I was in Pennsylvania with my family. There was something going on; I don't think it was a festival, it seemed more like a full-time tourist destination. Kind of like a permanent Oktoberfest, know what I mean? They had beer, chicken, pretzels, and hot dogs boiled or steamed in beer.

Does anyone know a place like that? I know about Frankenmuth, but that's in Michigan. And there's a great big all-you-can-eat chicken restaurant near me, but they're in Rhode Island and they're not particularly German.
