I am the Halloween Grinch.

I have no interest in cosplay. I hate horror movies. There's no such thing as ghosts, and spooky shit is just people assigning some kind of relevance to their vague and baseless feelings. I don't really like "cute kids" being around. Goths tend to listen to way too much dance music. I love candy of course but mostly better candy than that.

I loved trick or treat when I was a child but I'm no longer a child. And there are countless things that other people like that I don't and that's fine. There's all of major league sports! And camping! It's fine for people to like things I don't, but the way adults in the US have gotten about Halloween for all of October is offputting. I am trying not to care but they're trying me.
