Ugh. Does anybody do commits during development? I am currently commiting code of a few days of work, and it would've been so much easier to just commit when I am at a step in development.
It's tempting to do a big "a lot of work" commit 🫣

@cjk small commits in local, then a "big/final" commit in remote, for me
@cjk I tend to work in larger swaths, but until I can splice it up into discrete commits, I know I am not done understanding and telling “the story” of the code change.
@cjk For me, getting to know `git add --patch` was a total game changer in that regard (and also `git rebase -i` - both help in shaping the changes into a commit story)
