@siracusa on the topic of where to house your external drives the 1st thing that came to mind as it first played out, especially later as the guys laughed about you keeping the pro in situ (which is exactly what I’d do as well), was why not detach the bottom most backplate & position them on the internal floor but then I realised that’s where the GPUs are kept! Maybe once you fully retire the pro or when running it has the fans could still work providing you give it an air gap?
