@neil @hedders not sure if either of you have capacity or if you can help, but how do you find a good solicitor to help with the weird freelancing bit of company law/employment law?

Trying to help a friend find a solicitor and it is difficult (if you have the time I'd be very happy to put her in touch with you). Not a tech company, but some bits might become tech related.
