Twenty years ago, Facebook was fun. It was social, it mattered. It was the underdog alternative to Murdoch-owned MySpace. I actively tried to get my friends to switch to it.

@Jyoti The Internet in general has been dogshit for kids in the last decade or so - companies aren't bothering to invest in digital kid spaces anymore (and even if they do they definitely wouldn't bother paying good moderators).
Hell Roblox is knowingly letting child predators infest their platform.
I'd give Minecraft some credit but I'm really unimpressed with Microsoft these days too.
