I am baffled how enshittification now has reached emergency processes. I attempted to report a burst pipe via Thames Water online service but it turns out their shitty AI chat bot does not understand emergency requests. 🙈🤦‍♂️

It would be so easy to add just a simple prompt that simply replies with the correct url or process but it seems to be so utterly useless. I am wondering how many emergencies this bot receives with no action.
