  @phlash A quick workaround just to get #NetBSD running would been using boot -1 to boot uniprocessor

  @phlash You could always add kern.heartbeat.max_period=0 to /etc/sysctl.conf, but if cpu1 has stalled so is dormant booting uniprocessor is no worse.

  You could even try #NetBSD 10.1_STABLE as the subsystem panicking your kernel was introduced in 11. Probably won't fix your stuck CPU though
