@ecb I really like the idea of new banknotes. I really dislike putting actual people on it. We didn't do this for a reason back then, as far as I can recall it. We wanted to avoid the discussions like "Why is the Italian on a higher value note than the Austrian? Why is there no French representative?" (I like and respect the choices made, I dislike the general idea).
This was something I really liked about the bank notes.
