Among many things I hate about attacking Iran, one is that it only benefits russia:
- Oil prices will go high, boost russian economy and encourage further desctruction of Ukraine;
- The world will watch yet another show in shock, taking public attention and diplomatic energy away from bombardment of Ukraine

Of course, putin will publicly mourn fellow villain Khamenei (public speaking byKGB agent is always a disinformation campaign), but strategically this war is very much in his interest.
