Today was apparently World Hearing Day so letting y'all know that I'm deaf in my right ear, moderate-severe loss in the left ear, and am always happy to answer questions or have conversations. Got a (grand)parent who's going deaf but won't get hearing aids? I'll talk to them! 😁 Hearing loss in old age is also linked to dementia and reduced quality of life, so getting them to hear properly will keep the brain functioning and happy!
