It does not make sense to me that we could have simultaneously an excess of housing *and* a rising #homeless population. Just put the homeless people in the empty housing and call it a day. And if some housing speculators and investors should happen to lose money…well, they knew the risks, didn’t they? They could really learn some of that #FiscalResponsibility they’re always going on about.
