I've been following #ipv6 for a few weeks and now I wonder if there is an issue tracker where people can join forces in an effort to make more sites and services offer v6. Writing emails on your own gets tiring quickly but having that information (including answers or lack thereof) out in the open might be a bit better and maybe give those hindering progress to #ipv6only a little push.
If there isn't such a tracker should we create one?

I just found https://whynoipv6.com/domain but that is just an automatic list, there is no information if someone already wrote an email or created an issue. No sense of "community effort".
As a positiv example, someone created an issue against mozilla.org three weeks ago and they already enabled v6 on some domains: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1928456
