Some Firefox users on desktop haven’t received the OneCRL revocations, leaving them vulnerable to the recent eMudhra compromise. [1]
Firefox has an external system called Remote Settings that fetches data which needs to be updated regularly without requiring a full browser update. [2] It is also used for a very crucial purpose, OneCRL for fast certificate revocations/blocklisting.

#LibreWolf v150.0.2-1 is now available!
https://codeberg.org/librewolf/bsys6/releases/tag/150.0.2-1
https://librewolf.net/installation/
No major or notable changes from LibreWolf's end.
There's been a few hiccups and rough edges regarding usage of the new signing subkey here and there, but those should all be addressed by now – thanks for (hopefully ;) being patient with us!
See https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/150.0.2/releasenotes/ for upstream changes.
As there seems to have been recent confusion about this, just a quick "official" toot to then pin: we haven't and won't support "generative AI" related stuff in LibreWolf. If you see some features like that (like Perplexity search recently, or the link preview feature now) it is solely because it "slipped through". As soon as we become aware of something like this / it gets reported to us, we will remove/disable it ASAP.
#LibreWolf v139.0-1 is now available!
https://codeberg.org/librewolf/bsys6/releases/tag/139.0-1
https://librewolf.net/installation/
No major changes from LibreWolf's end. See https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/139.0/releasenotes/ for upstream changes.
Furthermore, switching from 137 to 138 seems to reset default search engine choices. We are looking into this as well, but cannot yet provide estimates as to when this can be addressed.
Quick note regarding some recent issues that cause some understandable frustration:
LibreWolf 138.0-1 and 138.0.1-1 with RFP disabled do not report Firefox as the User Agent, which was the case in previous versions. This is a known bug / regression. Unfortunately, this can break some websites when RFP is disabled (and in very rare cases, break some extensions even with it enabled). We'll release 138.0.1-2 with a fix as soon as we are certain it is sound.
