Every few days DuckDuckGo reminds me it is pissed I blocked it on my site and it cannot index it. So it just keeps hitting the site to a hearty 403 every minute for a an hour or so, takes a break, chooses a new IP addres, and hammers away again. It does this for 12-18hrs and then comes back and does it again.

Fuckin bots.
