And I seem to remember that chlorine gas was used at some time as a chemical weapon, and depending upon concentration, it's lethal, so I wouldn't take the colors on the chart too seriously (400ppm: within 30m, 1000ppm within minutes). But onset of severe symptoms can take up to 36 hours, which makes it even harder to gauge.
