I've flown on this Embraer model aircraft a few times now since Porter Airlines fleet is mostly Embraer E195-E2 at this point
nice planes, the engines sound like a whale when taking off/landing which to me is a cute little quirk [ its also noted on the Wikipedia page IIRC ]
this led me down a rabbit hole of what Brazilian commercial aviation situation looks like currently and from what I can tell its a oligopoly of three airlines LATAM Brasil, GOL, and Azul
