So they clearly are the same map.

One thing I found interesting, is that a lot of the Danish isles are duplicated, for instance "falster" and "lalant"

I guess the mapmaker saw the same island from two different places, but couldn't make sense of it being the same island, and figured the germans and danes were confused, rather than himself :-)
