We’re headed to Warm Mineral Springs today. I’m so excited. It’s just barely cool enough to feel good and my achy muscles need the relief. It stays at a constant 85°F and has some of the highest mineral content of any spring in the US. It’s #Florida’s only warm spring. People tout its healing potential—I hope it’s true. I just think of it as a giant epsom salt bath. Its 9 million gallons is replenished every 2 hours, it’s 230 ft deep and it’s an important archaeological site. #Nature
