F**king narcissists. Why do they cause so much social damage when left unchecked? I'm referring to my personal life, but the personal is the political. I've had "factitious imputations" hurled at me privately or about me. Hitchens' Razor applies of course, and yes, it's a storm in a tea-cup in the bigger picture, the trouble is, when it's this dirty, this up close, and this personal, it direly and directly affects oneself. Unfortunately things escalated enough inter-personally that the "grey rocking" technique cannot be readily employed.
