I have other policies, before anyone rushes into a public commitment. A racism uttered will be punishable by a (one) slap across the face with a medium-sized haddock (per utterance).
A racist action or activity will result in being put in the stocks in your town square where anyone can come and slap you with a medium-sized haddock, on a BYOH basis (Bring Your Own Haddock, my treasury will not bear the cost of these fish)
