    I think this is the lowest FG I've ever witnessed.

    This is a second wine I made on the Riesling and Chardonnay grapes in 2024 and just dropped a load of extra sugar on it to see what would happen. I expected a sweet wine, apparently they yeast didn't care.

    Refractometer calcs puts the OG at 1.104 Making the ABV 16.7%

    a FG hydrometer floats in a white wine sample inside a narrow test jar. The reading at the surface indicating a gravity of 0.985.
