Oddly one of the companies just sent a survey asking how their idiot chat bot did. String of minimum available scores, but said their human was brilliant.
Jul 27, 2026, 3:18 PM@Alison Good poll topic! I typically only call a help number when I have a relatively complex problem that I am unable to solve myself, which is why AI chatbots never have a solution and only annoy me.
