clarkiestarclarkiestar@mas.toJul 23, 2026, 4:26 PM@Cassandra_Complex I have the PHONE but it’s not plugged in. It just looks cool, as it’s a yellow retro one, so I keep it around for that reason. I suppose if the internet went down I could plug it back in to receive spam calls again 🤷♀️
Jul 23, 2026, 6:21 PM@Cassandra_Complex I didn't have one for years, but then decided to get one. Telephony is included in my internet contract anyway, and I turn off my mobile at night (mainly to not be distracted).
If anything bad happens, family and close friends can reach me via that landline telephone.
